If you are a registered notary on NotaryLink, the following information from your profile is displayed publicly on the Site and may be indexed by search engines:

- Coverage area
- Languages spoken
- Availability preferences
- Star rating and reviews
Your email address and phone number are never displayed publicly. Contact inquiries from title companies are routed through our contact form and delivered to you via email or SMS notification.
4.2 Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect your information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will retain your data for a period of 90 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.
Contact inquiry records and usage analytics may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for longer periods for business analysis purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

7. SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text message notifications from NotaryLink regarding new inquiry alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling SMS notifications in your dashboard settings. Opting out of SMS will not affect your email notification settings.
We do not use SMS communications for marketing purposes. SMS messages are sent solely to notify you of activity related to your NotaryLink account.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
