Most notaries respond within a few hours. Each profile shows a response time indicator based on their activity.

For Notary Signing Agents

How much does it cost to be listed?
NotaryLink is $7/month for notary signing agents, after a 60-day free trial. A card is collected at signup but won't be charged for 60 days — cancel anytime before then.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
On day 60, your saved card is automatically charged $7 and your listing continues. You'll receive reminder emails before the charge.
Is $7/month worth it?
The average loan signing fee is $75–$150. At $7/month, a single signing covers your subscription for over a year. It's less than the fee from one closing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your dashboard. Your listing stays active until the end of the paid period.
How do I appear higher in search results?
Complete your profile fully — add a photo, write a detailed bio, list all certifications and services. Profiles with 80%+ completeness rank significantly higher.
How do contact requests work?
When a title company contacts you through your profile, you receive an email notification. The contact form sets their email as the reply-to, so you can respond directly from your inbox.
